Call me a jaded kindergarten teacher, but random kid art doesn't really strike my fancy.
I enjoy creating it with Baby Gray, but I don't feel the need to hang on to each and every piece. That being said, when he was on a paint kick last week, I wanted Mr. Gray to get to enjoy it without having it all over the house. I decided we would make welcome home bunting out of it.

Strawberry Upside Down Cake
I love when strawberries are in season. While picking them at the farm, mixing them in salads and dipping them in chocolate are just three of the many ways I love to eat them. But one of my favorite desserts is Strawberry Upside Down Cake. It is so simple and sooooooo yummy.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups crushed fresh strawberries. I mash mine with a potato masher
- 1 package of strawberry flavored Jell-O (6 0z)
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
